Electronic signing terms

By signing documents in this service you agree to the use of an electronic signature. A handwritten electronic signature is a simple electronic signature (SES) under the eIDAS regulation. Signing with Bank iD additionally includes verification of the signer's identity by their bank. We keep an audit log of the signing process (IP address, time, device), which becomes part of the final documents.
